I was prepared in advance for this one, the January wolf moon setting at dawn, Monday, January 5, 2015.

Caught a very early flight to Albuquerque today and watched the sun slowly rise below the wing. I've never seen the sunrise below me before, although it might be more common in the mountains. Speaking of mountains, it's to the west we are headed. This post is being created years after the event and I am forever blessed that we were able to launch this adventure in October of 2004.
