Since I live in a community that borders Canada, I often watch
the "National" for news perspective from outside our borders.
I have many things to say about this tragedy, but cannot yet put
it together. However, one thing that has really moved me has been
the outpouring of grief and support we are seeing from around the
world.
Yesterday, on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, close to a hundred thousand
came for a memorial service. I was stunned to see such a tribute
to our common suffering.
In the aftermath of the attacks, I have seen several well put together
tributes to those who died.
It is nice to see that we are not alone.
Thank you Canada...
Thank you World.
