A couple of weeks ago a writer on another interactive journaling
site proposed that some of us exchange gifts in a "Secret Santa
Exchange." I signed up, was given a name and waited to see
what kind of "gift" I was given.
The virtual gift was really quite cool, a week in space so that
I could truly ride the night sky.
But then there is that "back to earth" stuff, and I confess
that there are only two or three "things" in life that
I would really like to have.
And since there appears to be a major financial move in my favor
on the horizon, I've done my share of day dreaming lately.
Want to know what I've been dreaming of?

I mean really, totally out of character, right?
Especially after my brother called from Norway a week or so ago
and said that the main reason he called was to tell me that he thought
I ought to start selling some of my images off of the web site.
I took that as a compliment from a former professional photographer.
I also got two random requests in the last couple of weeks asking
to purchase an image from the site, curiously enough the same image,
twice.
So since dreaming is free....it's also supposed to be about the
best digital camera out there, and hey it's only 2,500 for the body,
lenses cost extra.
So imagine my feelings Monday morning when I was rudely awakened
from dreamland with "NSR, it's cold in the house."
She was right, for my nose was cold.
"What's it say on the thermostat?"
"I don't know, I just turned it up a couple of degrees."
You know where this is headed right?
I thought so.
Body only, 2,850 - includes humidifier.
No lenses.
